At JCMA The Label, we want you to be 100% happy with the items you purchase from us! However, we understand that online shopping doesn’t always go to plan, so we’ve made it super easy for you to return the item/s back to us.


RETURN POLICY

We do not offer refunds for returns, instead we issue online credit notes to our customers. Credit notes are redeemable for all items (excluding items marked on the website as Final Sale and Accessories*) that are returned within 14 days of receiving your parcel (28 days for international returns).

Our team will inspect all return items upon receipt - any returns which fail to comply with the conditions stated below will be sent back to you.

Your return item must meet the following conditions in order to be eligible for a credit note:

  • Must be received within 14 days of receiving your order (28 days for international parcels)
  • Must be new and unworn with all original swing tags attached
  • Must not be marked as a Final Sale item on the website
  • Must not have any dirty marks, make-up or fake tan marks
  • Must not smell of perfume, deodorant, body odour, cosmetics or washing powder item is not Face, Body and Beauty Products (eg masks, mists, scrubs, bath soaks, oils) or Home Interiors (eg candles)

How to return an item and receive a credit note

To receive an online credit note from us, fill out the Returns Form enclosed with your parcel and send your parcel back to us! 

We recommend sending your parcel back via traceable post and keeping a copy of your tracking number, as any missing parcels are the responsibility of the customer. 

We don't provide a refund for your return postage cost, unless the error is JCMA The Label's fault (eg wrong item or size sent to you by mistake) or your style has a manufacturing fault with it. 
Once your return has been delivered to our warehouse and processed through our returns department, we will issue you with a credit note in the form of a gift card (sent via email). 
We aim to process all returns within 2-5 business days from when they are delivered to our warehouse.

We do not provide a refund for your return postage cost. Return shipping is to be covered and paid for by the customer.

Faulty Item


All items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out to customers to ensure a high level of quality in the garments you purchase from us.

In accordance with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission, if the garment has a minor fault, we are required to repair the fault and forward it back to you. If we believe the fault cannot be repaired you will be sent a replacement product which matches your original purchase. If we are unable to repair or replace your faulty item, you will be refunded for the total of your purchase amount.

A refund will be issued on items that have a distinct, irreparable/irreplaceable manufacturing fault upon delivery. Please be advised that all garments are carefully inspected prior to dispatch and are sent in a brand new condition. If you suspect a fault you are required to contact customer care immediately to address the nature of the fault. 

If deemed NOT to be faulty, it will not qualify for an exchange, repair or replace and will be returned to you with re-delivery charges attached. Postage is non-refundable.

We endeavour to have the matter rectified within a reasonable timeframe.
Purchasing an 'incorrect size' or being unhappy with the fit is not considered a manufacturing fault and a refund will not be approved on this basis. Our regular return policy will apply for returns of this nature.
