Will I have to pay for customs & Duties?

All prices include Australian Goods & Services Tax (GST). No other tax or duty will be applied to orders delivered within Australia.

We ship from Australia, so if you are an international customer, you are responsible for customs & duties within your own country. We are not responsible for any taxes or import duties imposed on items delivered outside Australia and we will not refund a customer for any such charges.

For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office. JCMA The label is legally required to declare the full value paid on shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.

What currency is used online?

You are currently browsing our Australia Website. All prices are charged in AUD. 

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

A full-priced items can be returned for an Online Credit within 14 days of receiving your parcel. (21 days for international orders) We do not provide refunds or exchanges. Your Online Credit (which will be sent in the form of an online Gift Card) can be used to purchase the new size or style you may require.

Strictly no returns on items marked as Final Sale (this will be specified on the product page). Any Final Sale items which are returned will be refused upon delivery and returned to the sender. 

All items must be returned to us new, unworn and with all original swing tags attached. Returns received outside the required timeframe may be refused and sent back to you. You must arrange to send the item back to us at your own cost.

What do I do if I receive an incorrect item?

Please EMAIL us with your order number and style you’ve incorrectly received.

Once we receive your request we will insure you receive your original order.

What do I do if I receive a faulty item?

Please EMAIL us with your order number and a photo of the fault.

Once we receive your request we will arrange a replacement or credit note for you. 

How can I use a gift voucher/promo code?

When you’re ready to checkout and are looking at the items in your cart, click proceed to checkout. You will then have the option to add your discount code or promo code to your order. Please note, only one discount code can be redeemed per order.

Can I use a promo code and gift card on the same order?

Yes! You can use a promo code and also your Gift Card in the same order. Gift Cards are a valid form of payment regardless of using a promo code.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order.

Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Can I change my order?

Our warehouse starts processing orders immediately after they are placed, we cannot guarantee that your requested changes can be made to your order prior to shipment.

Please make sure you choose your items carefully and add the correct shipping before placing your order.

If you have an urgent change contact our team straight away and we’ll try and assist with any change requirements as once the order has left our premises we are not able to make any changes.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
